-Kate Winslet has dropped out of Woody Allen's next film. She will be replaced by Scarlett Johansson. Johansson joins Brian Cox, Emily Mortimer and Johanthan Rhys-Meyers in the British comedy.
-Cameron Diaz will reprise her Charlie's Angels character Natalie Cook for a cameo in the Starsky and Hutch sequel. Drew Barrymore and Lucy Liu had schedule conflicts.
-Bruce Willis will cameo in Ocean's Twelve.
-The title of the upcoming Rebecca Miller film Rose and the Snake has been changed to Ballad of Jack and Rose. The film stars Daniel Day Lewis, Catherine Keener and Jason Lee.
-Miss Congeniality 2 is now titled Miss Congeniality: Armed and Fabulous. The Sandra Bullock sequel, costarring Michael Caine, hits theatres Spring 2005.
-Shohreh Agdashloo, Paul Bettany, Keisha Castle-Hughes, Patricia Clarkson, Hope Davis, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Scarlett Johansson, Viggo Mortensen, Sean Penn, Audrey Tautou, Sofia Coppola, Nancy Juvonen, John Ottman and Miguel Arteta are among those invited to join the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. This group is better known as the people who vote for the Oscars.
